 FAQs

  • A private studio in the tattoo industry signifies an exclusive space dedicated to personalized, appointment-only services, rather than a conventional walk-in tattoo parlor. My studio is situated within a commercial building and offers a discreet and focused environment.

The primary advantage of this setup is the unparalleled level of privacy and individual attention. Each session is a one-on-one experience; it's just you and me. This ensures a pleasant atmosphere free from the usual distractions you might encounter in a busier establishment—such as incessant phone calls, crowded spaces, or music that is annoying.

For clients, this seclusion provides an opportunity to relax and be themselves, making the tattooing experience more comfortable and less stressful.

  • No, I conduct all consultations exclusively via email, or occasionally text for those who prefer it. This streamlined approach is not only a time-saver but also generally more convenient for both parties involved. In the rare instances where we can’t get on the same page with the design, a brief phone call is usually sufficient to iron out any misunderstandings and finalize the concept.

  • Yes. After we've discussed general design ideas and you're ready to book an appointment, I'll forward you an invoice for a $100 deposit. This deposit reserves your spot on my schedule and is credited toward the final cost of your tattoo.

  • The design process generally involves some collaboration and begins with you, the client, detailing your vision for the tattoo. Providing reference images is highly recommended, as it will give me a direct insight into the style and aesthetics you're aiming for.

Approximately one week prior to your scheduled appointment, I'll send you a mockup of the design for your review. At this stage, we can make any necessary adjustments to ensure the final artwork aligns perfectly with your expectations.

  • I’ll schedule appointments on any day of the week. For M-F we can start as early as 10am and as late as 5pm. On the weekend I only book appointments starting at 10am.

  • While I recommend attending your tattoo session alone for a more focused experience, I completely understand if you'd prefer to bring along someone for support. However, due to space constraints and to maintain a distraction-free environment, I kindly request that you limit this to one accompanying person.

  • Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Venmo, and Apple Pay.
